Job description
As the Customer Care Manager, reporting to the Head of Customer Care, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their continued collaboration and activity as a Registered Trinity Exam Centre. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our customers and implementing retention campaigns to drive business growth and revenues while minimizing churn rates. You will also identify and deliver on upsell and cross-selling opportunities to promote Trinity College Exams and create value through the customer experience.
In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. You will also assist customers with onboarding, training, and exam support and deliver presentations to parents, teachers, and award ceremonies.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Establish and meet client retention goals
- Actively participate in customer support and retention campaigns
- Attend locally and nationally relevant events to promote Trinity
- Assist the Head of Customer care to review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
To be successful in this role you will need strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, headteachers, and parents using a range of communication tools (such as email, phone, social media, etc).
You are self-motivated, results-oriented, and an active listener. You enjoy working collaboratively while managing your own workload effectively and have excellent time management skills. You need to be available to travel regularly within Italy.
A minimum B2 level of English and C1 level of Italian are required.
